As Director of Field Operations, Ryan oversees the General Superintendents, Superintendents, Foreman, Field Team, Safety, Pre Fab, Tools, QAQC and Man Power. He is responsible for managing and establishing the processes, procedures, and production of the field team. Ryan is consistently working towards making the team as efficient as possible, providing a quality product, customer satisfaction through training, site visits and having open communications with the general contractors.

Ryan has over 17 years of experience and leadership in the industry, including roles as Foreman, Superintendent, and General Superintendent, in a wide variety of projects in the Colorado and Texas region. Majority of his experience has involved Healthcare, Education, large commercial projects and specialized tenant improvements.
