As the Service Manager for Weifield Group Tennessee, Bryson is responsible for all service department sales, strategy, processes, operations, and development for the Tennessee region.  His focus is on building, training, and leading the Tennessee service team, refining processes, tracking analytics, and ensuring desired departmental results are achieved.  With a career starting as an electrician’s apprentice, Bryson has held the positions of service technician, foreman, superintendent, and project engineer before moving to his current role.  He has experience in residential, commercial, and industrial in project verticals including entertainment, theatrical audio, video, and lighting, healthcare, retail, non-profit, athletic field lighting, industrial air filtration, water and wastewater.

Bryson’s passion for the community is shown through his service at the Nashville, TN IEC trade school as an instructor and his position of AV Director at his church.
